11 Things Empty Nesters Want Parents Of Little Kids To Know | Shelley Emling

Great advice for parents! Quick read below!

11 Things Empty Nesters Want Parents Of Little Kids To Know | Shelley Emling.

One of my beliefs about kids is that they are more tuned in than what we give them credit for. They probably hear and understand more than we would like to think, but who can blame them for being tuned into those who are responsible for their care? For their well being? For nurturing? Kids eagerly look up to (and observe) their parents to learn about the world and about themselves, including that they are unconditionally loveable, and have a place in it. The secret is that they don’t believe our words,.. they believe our actions.

Cheers!

Jake
